What is the cost to a nonprofit for searching the NonProfit National Resource Directory?
There is no cost to search the directory. This is a free service for those nonprofits looking for independent businesses and services that can assist them to achieve the mission of their organization or institution.
What is the cost to a vendor, consultant, firm or business that would like to be listed in the NonProfit National Resource Directory?
The cost is $50 for a 12 month listing. This consists of a page in the directory summarizing the service(s) provided along with brief testimonials or references. When a lister has his or her own website, we create a link so that a nonprofit can go directly to a vendor's site as well.
Does the NonProfit National Resource Directory rate or evaluate the services provided?
No. The directory is a searchable database of vendors with pertinent information on each one. However, the NonProfit National Resource Directory does not evaluate, rate or recommend any vendors.
How often can a vendor's listing be updated?
A new listing can be updated as often as necessary during the first month of listing. After that a listing can only be updated upon annual renewal of the listing. To update a new listing, please email marcia.bloomberg@gmail.com.
Does the NonProfit National Resource Directory guarantee the quality of services listed?
No. It is up to the nonprofit interested in any vendor or firm to determine whether the service offered is appropriate and to rate the quality of service once the nonprofit has received service from any vendor with whom they have contracted.
What is the best way to search for a consultant or vendor?
You may want to search using the buttons on the left of the webpage listing a variety of services. Not all the categories have vendors listed yet. We are adding new listings each week, so it is important to check back frequently if you do not find what you are looking for. You can also search by typing in the state in which your nonprofit organization is located if you would like to work with a local vendor.
